From Leather to Finished Product
Every stage of our manufacturing process is carefully controlled to ensure consistency, quality, durability, and performance. From initial thickness preparation to final production and packaging, each step contributes to the quality of the finished product.
Splitting Process
The process begins after the wet-blue stage. The leather is passed through a splitting machine to achieve the required thickness and ensure uniformity throughout the hide.
Shaving Process
The leather is then processed through a shaving machine to achieve the precise and consistent gauge (thickness) required for the final product.
Dyeing Process
The leather is placed in specialized dyeing drums, where dyes and other finishing chemicals are applied to achieve the required color, appearance, and characteristics.
Drying Process
After dyeing, the leather undergoes a controlled drying process to remove excess moisture while maintaining its desired quality and properties.
Milling Process
Once dried, the leather goes through the milling process. This helps soften the leather, improve its texture, and give it the desired feel and flexibility.
Cutting & Pattern Preparation
The finished leather is carefully inspected and cut into the required patterns and shapes, preparing the pieces for the stitching and assembly stage.
From Leather to Finished Goods
Once the leather has been processed and prepared, it moves into our production departments where skilled teams transform the finished leather into high-quality products ready for inspection, packing, and shipment.
Cutting Department
Precision cutting of leather according to approved patterns, sizes, and product specifications.
Stitching Department
Skilled operators stitch and assemble the cut leather pieces to create the finished products.
Final Inspection & Finishing
Finished products undergo detailed inspection and final finishing to ensure they meet the required quality, workmanship, and product specifications before packing.
Packing Hall
Completed products undergo final inspection, finishing, and packing to ensure they are properly prepared for storage and shipment.
Ready for the World
From carefully processed leather to precisely manufactured finished products, every stage of our production lifecycle is guided by quality, consistency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
